At Truedotss, we want to make returns clear and straightforward. This policy applies to consumer orders delivered to Belgium and the Netherlands.

Your Right to Cancel

You may cancel your online purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. To cancel, send a clear statement to info@truedotss.com before the 14-day period ends. Please include your order number so we can identify your order.

After notifying us, please send the goods back within the following 14 calendar days. We will provide the correct return destination and return instructions. You do not need our approval to exercise your legal right to cancel.

You may inspect the goods as you would in a shop. If they have been handled beyond what is necessary for inspection, we may deduct any resulting loss in value where permitted by law.

Return Shipping

If you change your mind, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. If an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us so we can arrange an appropriate solution without charging you for reasonable return costs.

Refunds

If you cancel your whole order within the 14-day period, we will refund the amount paid, including any standard delivery charge you paid. Extra charges for a more expensive delivery option, such as express delivery, are not refundable.

We will issue your refund using the original payment method without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you tell us you are cancelling. We may wait until we receive the goods or you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever happens first. Your payment provider may take additional time to show the refund.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, arrives damaged, or is different from what you ordered, email info@truedotss.com with your order number and a description of the problem. Photos can help us resolve the issue faster. Your legal rights for faulty or misdescribed goods are separate from the 14-day cancellation period.

Exceptions

The right to cancel may not apply to certain goods, such as items made to your specifications or clearly personalised, and sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed. Any applicable exception will be made clear before purchase. Your rights concerning faulty goods are unaffected.
