Truedotss currently delivers to addresses in Belgium and the Netherlands. Availability may vary by product and delivery address. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will contact you and arrange a refund.

Shipping Cost

Standard shipping is free for orders delivered to Belgium and the Netherlands. Any other available delivery options and their charges will be shown before you place your order.

Estimated Delivery Time

Standard delivery typically takes 5–12 business days. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Product availability, public holidays, carrier delays, or customs processing may affect delivery times. If we become aware of a significant delay, we will contact you using the details provided with your order.

Tracking Your Order

When your order is dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking details where tracking is available.

Delayed, Missing, or Damaged Deliveries

If your order is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, please email info@truedotss.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will investigate and help resolve it. There is no 48-hour deadline for reporting a damaged delivery.

We remain responsible for goods delivered by a carrier arranged by us until you or a person you nominate receives them. This policy does not limit your statutory consumer rights.
